1. Scope and Provider
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the acquisition and use of the software "Teacheridoo" provided by CodeLeone GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"). The software is aimed at teachers and educational professionals in the school sector, particularly those working in primary and secondary education. By acquiring a license or using the software, users accept these GTC.
2. Subject of the Agreement
Teacheridoo is a lesson preparation app that supports teachers in the planning, organization, and design of their lessons. The software is provided as a local application and can be used without an internet connection. No synchronization or storage of data occurs via external servers (cloud sync). All data generated during use is stored exclusively locally on the user's end device. The responsibility for the backup, protection, and, if applicable, the security copies of this data lies exclusively with the user.
3. Conditions of Use and Scope of License
Upon acquiring a license, the user receives a simple, non-transferable right of use to use the software on one end device during the respective license term. Any transfer, duplication, publication, or other distribution of the software is not permitted. Use is permitted exclusively for the user's own professional use within the educational sector. Use of the software for commercial purposes outside of a school or pedagogical context is only allowed with the express written consent of the Provider.
4. Term and Renewal
The license to use Teacheridoo is for a limited term and applies in each case for the duration of one school year. Upon expiration of this license term, the right of use ends automatically. The calendar and planning functions are only operational within the timeframe of the respective software version. To continue using Teacheridoo after this period has expired, it is necessary to acquire the current annual version. There is no automatic renewal of the license agreement. The exact period of use for the respective software version (e.g., school year 2025/26) is specified in the product information.
5. Payment Terms
The acquisition of the license for Teacheridoo takes place via official distribution platforms such as the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. The respective terms of use and payment conditions of the corresponding platform operators apply to the purchasing process, payment processing, and any refunds. The license price must be paid in full prior to the use of the software. All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) or in the respective local currency specified by the platform provider, including applicable taxes.
6. Liability and Warranty
The Provider endeavors to provide error-free and reliable software. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profit is excluded. The warranty is limited to verifiable, reproducible defects in the software. The Provider assumes no liability for data loss resulting from improper use, technical defects on the end device, or a lack of data backup.
7. Data Protection
Teacheridoo stores all data exclusively locally on the user's end device. No transfer or storage of personal data occurs on the servers of the Provider or third parties. Responsibility for backing up the data lies with the user.
8. Support and Contact

9. Changes to the GTC
The Provider reserves the right to adjust these GTC at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will take effect upon publication. For licenses already acquired, the GTC valid at the time of purchase shall apply.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of international private law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC is the registered office of CodeLeone GmbH, provided that no mandatory statutory provisions conflict therewith.
